If for any reason you are not happy with your order and need to return something we offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of order.  After this time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a product is faulty.  All returns must be sent back to the provided address in its original condition with the packing slip or note of order number. The items must be unused and unworn with all tags attached. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a resale-able condition. 
Please note that if there are any issues with your product on arrival we kindly ask you notify us of this within 5 days of receiving and we can resolve the issue for you. 
If you wish to receive an exchange for another size or item please email customercare@wondercru.com and we will try to accommodate you if the item is in stock. 
If you have purchased products that requires a minimum purchase of 2 or more items to avail of a discount, and you choose to return one item from the order, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that the discount will no longer apply if the minimum purchase requirement is not met due to returned items. For example, if you ordered 2 items and received 20% off and then decide to return one item from this order, the discount is no longer valid and thus the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly. 
IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND RETURNS 
   
1. Check to ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received. T he items must be unused and unworn with all tags attached.

2. Place the item in a mailer bag or box to return to us. Please include your packing slip or if you do not have this then ensure to place a note with your name & order number inside so we can identify your return. 

3. Click this returns link: An Post Returns Portal  On the screen, choose Wonder Cru from the 'Retailer' dropdown list, choose your reason for return and state your order number in the 'Reference' box and follow the steps to complete the return process. 

4. Print off your returns label and attach to your returns package.

How will I be refunded?

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, your items will processed with our returns team. We will provide a refund using the same method of used to make the payment within 14 days of receiving your return order, provided we have received the item or evidence of you having sent back the item in same condition as you received it. 

T&C ON ALL RETURNS 

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your item/order
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of the shipping will be returned to you. 
  • The items remain your responsibility until we receive them intact. 
  • Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process once your return is received into the warehouse.
  • The refund will be made to the card used at point of sale.
  • Management reserve the right to refund any transaction that they feel may have been processed fraudulently through the system. These can include, but are not limited to, hacking or external interferences.
