If for any reason you are not happy with your order and need to return something we offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of order.  After this time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a product is faulty.  All returns must be sent back to the provided address in its original condition with the packing slip or note of order number. The items must be unused and unworn with all tags attached. If you wish to receive an exchange for another size or item please email customercare@wondercru.com.

IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND RETURNS 

To commence the return of your order please email us on customercare@wondercru.com stating your order number in the subject box. Then follow the next steps:    
   
1. Check to ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received. T he items must be unused and unworn with all tags attached.

2. Place the item in a mailer bag or box to return to us. Please include your packing slip or if you do not have this then ensure to place a note with your name & order number inside so we can identify your return. 

3. Log onto www.dpd.ie/returns  and select CONTINUE AS A GUEST. On the next screen, choose Wonder Cru from the 'Retailer' dropdown list, state your order number in the 'Reference' box and complete the return and payment section in order to download your returns label. Note your order number is the number received on your order confirmation email.

4. Print off your returns label and attach to your returns package. Drop off at a DPD pickup point which can be found on their website at www.dpd.ie/pickup
Important: Ensure to obtain a receipt when dropping off package and keep this safe until your return has been processed.

How will I be refunded?

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, your items will processed with our returns team. We will provide a refund using the same method of used to make the payment within 14 days of receiving your return order, provided we have received the item or evidence of you having sent back the item in same condition as you received it. 

T&C ON ALL RETURNS 

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning your item/order
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of the shipping will be returned to you. 
  • The items remain your responsibility until we receive them intact. 
  • Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process once your return is received into the warehouse.
  • The refund will be made to the card used at point of sale.
  • Management reserve the right to refund any transaction that they feel may have been processed fraudulently through the system. These can include, but are not limited to, hacking or external interferences.
